PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Lakeside Mechanical Service, Inc. provides its customers with preventive maintenance contracts to fit their individual needs. Our technicians will provide a comprehensive and thorough inspection to maximize the performance and the life expectancy of your HVAC systems, as well as ensuring good indoor air quality and lowering energy consumption. We will review any issues that were found and recommend solutions. Colorado's intense cottonwood seed requires frequent coil cleaning for unit operation and efficiency.

CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
Our EPA and NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified technicians provide field analysis and system evaluation, retrofit of existing equipment, installation of new systems, and are trained in various control system installation and analysis. We service, maintain and install commercial and industrial mechanical equipment, process chillers and boilers, variable frequency drives, and controls systems.
