A. B. Vannoy Hams was established in the 1930's by Burl Vannoy. Over the years he perfected a slow curing process for country ham where he used 4 simple ingredients: salt, brown sugar, fresh mountain air and time. The Vannoy ham utilizes a 9 month curing process and we NEVER use nitrates or nitrites. After 85 years the company is still going strong and we sell whole and sliced hams, packages, and prosciutto.
