Claudia McGrath Counseling was established on March 1, 2007 by Claudia McGrath to provide individual, couple, family, and adolescent counseling in the areas of addictions, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma and women's issues. Claudia McGrath has over 18 years of practice experience working in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, chemical dependency and mental health. My approach to working with clients is respectful, collaborative, and solution focused. I have a very thorough assessment and screening process and I do refer to other mental health, medical and service providers when appropriate. I have a special interest in women's issues, shame resiliency, grief, trauma, individual, mental health, family and couple counseling. My goal is to assist you with attaining agreed upon treatment goals and improve coping skills, insight, and functioning. I do not offer any addiction group therapy or DUI seminars in my practice.
