Compassion Cafe Hospice Volunteer Program
Volunteers are an important part of our Hospice care team. Volunteers who spend time with our hospice patients, do so by providing companionship. Each volunteer will be assigned to a patient and visit that patient on a regular basis. As a volunteer, you'll be on service a few hours each month for a minimum of one year. Our program offers comprehensive training, flexible volunteer hours, and on-going support, coaching and education for our valued volunteers. Health Clinics
Our nursing staff is available to conduct free nursing clinics at Omaha senior retirement homes and senior community centers. Our registered nurses are available for consultation during these clinics at no cost to the facility or the resident. For more information, call Kendra at (402) 390-2492.
