Kathe Tortorice
Kathe is the design team, working with the pro' & Con's of the land & the clients budget, She designs the home maintaining a strict attention to the budget while maximizing the clients mandatory wants & nice to haves. Kathe works with the client on the selection of all interior choices from toilets to door handles.
Construction Consulting
Work with the client in understanding all the Construction Technologies available in the design and construction of their home. Introducing the construction methods of Advance Framing with 2x Panelized, Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS), Insulated Construction Forms (ICF), Modular and Timber Frame construction methods.
Construction Mananagement
Work with the client as their agent in the selection of all building systems and products from the shell of the building to the door knobs. All cost are detailed and visible to the client our fee or profit and overhead is shown as 10% on a 5 page spread sheet detailing the cost of all trades. Client is supported in their effort to do some of the work themselves. Our goal is to work as a team with the clients in design and building an EPA Energy Star Home utilizing renewable energy technologies as Passive & Active Solar, Geothermal & Wind where possible.

The goal is to build an Off Grid or the most energy efficient home for the home owners possible giving the attributes of the land, desires of the clients, and of course staying within the agreed upon budget.
